Day 341: Our Greatest Strength

Deepak Chopra has said that “our greatest strength is who we are, not what we do.”

It’s not the money we have, our looks, how good we are with business, or any of the things that we do. Our greatest strength is who we are.

Having grown up in an alcoholic family, I had to learn how to overcome the dysfunctional behaviors of my family. I have had the opportunity to do some great work in my life, but who I am at my core is my greatest strength.

It’s not trying to be someone else to please others, but to focus on the inner good and strength within you.

If you think you’re damaged or not good enough, I urge you to stop listening to the voice of others or of your past. When you fall into the trap of believing what others have told you about yourself, you are denying your divinity. Who you are is of great importance to the world. If you can learn to accept who you are and embrace it, now is the time.

For too long, how long have you allowed others to dictate how you live your life?

Now is the time to cast aside your fears and to embrace your love and life.

Today is all we have.

How will you enjoy it?
